- Control measures: signs and symbols, registers and asbestos drawings

Becoming aware of places where asbestos can be found and the Control Measures when working with ACMs (Asbestos Containing Materials)
Risk assessment
An overview of asbestos surveys as well as best practises and emergency procedures to follow when exposed to ACM’s.
Who Should Attend?
Those persons who are liable to disturb asbestos while carrying out their normal everyday work, or who may influence how work is carried out.
Certification
Delegates successfully completing the course can print an ROSPA approved certificate of achievement and the multiple choice test results.

The maximum number of delegates is 8.
If you have no intention of removing asbestos but work on buildings built or refurbished before the year 2000, asbestos could be present. You will need awareness training so you know how to avoid the risks.
